1823 Specification, As Reported in Repertory of Arts
[NOT DONE] Repertory of Patent Inventions First Series, Vol. 5 (1828): 431. Note that this publication claims to have been the successor to the older The Repertory of Arts, Manufactures, and Agriculture, but that this claim was disputed by the London Journal of Arts and Sciences. It was cited as " Repertory of Arts in the 1859 Abridgments, but in fact the reference is to the Repertory of Patent Inventions.
