Collier Stationery Company (ca. 1909)
Don't let the bland cover fool you - this is quite nice inside. The catalog number and possibly date have been obliterated in my original copy, but it must date from after 1906 (it mentions the Fox Visible Typewriter, introduced in that year, as "New') and before 1921 (the year the Fox company ceased business). One of the date stamps illustrated is shown having stamped 1909, which suggests something near that as a plausible date.
