Presumably preceded by Lespinasse. Apparently succeeded by Lespinasse & Ollière.
However Luc Devroye's web page on 19th century typefoundries cites an un-named specimen from 1879 and asserts that "Lespinasse et Cie." was acquired that year by Bertrand & Fils.
Identical advertisements appeared in various issues of the Bulletin de l'imprimerie et de la lbirairie in (at least) the 1882 timeframe. This one dates from the 1882-02 issue.
