In 1910, David Greer photographed a circa 1904 Kelsey catalogue he owns, with additional material from Paul Aken. These images are online on his flickr account at:

Rick von Holdt has gone through the images in this catalogue and identified most of the typefaces. His spreadsheet of them is reprinted here with his permission. It is in three forms: his original version (.xlsx), a LibreOffice conversion reducing its own type size to 9 point for ease in printing (.ods), and a PDF exported from the LibreOffice version. The content of all three versions is identical.
