Sometimes a typeface will be mentioned, or implied, in the literature but may not in fact exist.
MacKellar source for Wayzata
McGrew says that the source for Wayzata was a face by "MacKellar" (presumably MacKellar, Smiths and Jordan). However, the only face I have been able to track down as a source (and probably the original for this face) is Bruce's Lithographic Roman / Ornamented No. 1541.
