There is a Hickok paper-ruling machine at the Printers' Hall of the Midwest Old Threshers in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa: http://www.oldthreshers.org/. It is often in operation during the annual Midwest and Great Northern Printers' Fair in late September. There is another paper-ruling machine on static display at the Hamilton Wood Type Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.
