Yates, Robert C. A Handbook on Curves and their Properties. (Ann Arbor, MI: J.W.Edwards, 1947). I've digitized this volume and uploaded it to The Internet Archive. I must apologize for having scanned this in greyscale rather than color. I did this some time ago before I realized that no ink is truly black and no paper truly white.

Yates, Robert C. Tools: A Mathematical Sketch and Model Book. (By the author, 1941). I've digitized this volume and uploaded it to The Internet Archive. This volume looks to have been published in mimeographed form; the university library copy which I digitized may itself be a photocopy of that. The pagination and the presentation of recto and verso in the original are inconsistent.

Yates' Tools and A Handbook on Curves and their properties were copyright 1941 and 1947, respectively, but their copyrights were not renewed as would then have been required to secure their continuance. They therefore passed into the public domain upon the expiration of their initial copyrights. The reprints of them here remain in the public domain.
