This is a reprint, in the form of scanned images, of an article on making a model steam boat which appeared in Windsor, H. H., Ed. The Boy Mechanic. Chicago: Popular Mechanics Press, 1913. I'm not entirely certain whether this boat is a "pop-pop" boat or not. Vance Bass has an excellent website devoted to the "Pop-Pop" boat.
Please note that this article is from 1913, when current standards for machine safety and the protection of children were not in existence. It is reprinted here for its historical interest only, NOT as a workshop project.
