(Please note that this site and these reprints are not related in any way to the American Telephone and Telegraph Company. They are reprints by an amateur Teletype enthusiast of older literature for its historical interest.)
The material here was published by AT&T (especially the Long Lines Department and its successors). It does not include Teletype-related material published by Teletype Corp. & Western Electric or Bell Labs.
This book, published by the Long Lines Department, originated in a 1922 series of lectures entitled "Elements of Electricity Applied to Telephone and Telegraph Work." It went through various editions subsequently. Despite its title, it is less a book on the principles of electricty than it is a book on their application to AT&T systems. It contains a good description of Teletype operation and, more importantly, descriptions of how Telegraph/Teletype service was implemented on top of existing AT&T circuits (which were increasingly oriented toward telephony).

The 1930, 1938, 1953, and 1961 editions of Principles of Electricity Applied to Telephone and Telegraph Work . are all presently in the public domain due to the non-renewal of their original copyrights.
The 1943 AT&T publication A Teletypewriter Manual: How to Operate the No. 15 Teletypewriter was copyright 1943, but the copyright on this edition was not renewed. It therefore passed into the public domain upon the expiration of its initial copyright in 1971. The digital reprint here remains in the public domain.
The 1949 AT&T publication How to Use Teletypewriter Exchange Service (TWX)[:] No. 19 Teletypewriter was copyright 1949, but the copyright on this edition was not renewed. It therefore passed into the public domain upon the expiration of its initial copyright in 1977. The digital reprint here remains in the public domain.
The four 1962 AT&T publications How to Operate the No. 15 Teletypewriter on Teletypewriter Exchange Service , How to Operate the No. 19 Teletypewriter on Teletypewriter Exchange Service , How to Operate the No. 28ASR Teletypewriter on Teletypewriter Exchange Service , and How to Operate the No. 28KSR Teletypewriter on Teletypewriter Exchange Service , were copyright 1962, but the copyright on this edition was not renewed. (New copyright was filed for the 1969 edition, and that edition remains in copyright.) The 1962 editions therefore passed into the public domain upon the expiration of their initial copyright in 1990. The digital reprints here remain in the public domain.
The AT&T publication How to Operate the No. 35 Teletypewriter on Teletypewriter Exchange Service , was published in the US without copyright notice, but clearly before 1978. It therefore passed into the public domain upon initial publication. The digital reprint here remains in the public domain.
The page "ABBREVIATIONS USED IN TYPING TO EITHER AN OPERATOR OR SUBSCRIBER". seems to have been a part of A Teletypewriter Manual: How to Operate the No. 15 Teletypewriter (1943). If considered as a part of that publication, then its copyright expired with that publication's copyright (see above). If considered as a separate work, then it was published in the US without copyright notice before 1978 and passed into the public domain upon initial publication. The digital reprint here remains in the public domain.
The publication "Form E-2059 TWX, "STANDARD TYPEWRITER KEYBOARD WITH TELETYPEWRITER KEYBOARD SUPERIMPOSED." (either by AT&T or Teletype Corporation) was published in the US without copyright notice before 1978 and passed into the public domain upon initial publication. The digital reprint here remains in the public domain.
